Once again CONTRAFORMA presents the latest collection of furniture, home accessories and lights, designed by the best Lithuanian designers.
Founded in 2000 design studio CONTRAFORMA achieved its first significant success with its limited edition range of design furniture, which was launched at the “100% DESIGN” exhibition in London in 2004. Every year since then we have presented new products reflecting the latest design trends in Europe. A long-time participant at various exhibitions worldwide, CONTRAFORMA has received excellent evaluations both from market experts and exhibition guests.
CONTRAFORMA continues to develop designs that challenge conventional thinking and makes normal objects extraordinary through great design. This year’s studio collection debuts in NEW YORK with a range of different home accessories, designed in collaboration with 5 the most famous Lithuanian designers: Nauris Kalinauskas, Juozas Brundza, Martynas Kazimierenas, Tauras Stalnionis and Darius Petrulaitis.
This project called LITHUANIAN DESIGN BLOCK will be launched at the furniture show ICFF, New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on 14-17th of May, 2011.
Let’s experience an adventure in design, narrated through the products, which will be exhibited at ICFF by CONTRAFORMA!

Waste not! So we decided to practice what we preach and wasted paper was turned into something functional, practical and interesting – a paper PEN! This energy- and resource-efficient, eco-friendly pen is made of recycled A4 sheet of paper. Simple and cool! It is a handmade pen, from a rolled-up sheet of scrap paper.
