These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site ("Contraforma.com").

The products purchased on Contraforma.com are directly sold by Contra Design House UAB via web site Contraforma ("Contraforma.com").

This web site is managed and maintained by Contraforma company.

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on Contraforma.com between the users of Contraforma.com and Contraforma.

1.2 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties which are on Contraforma.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from any third parties, we recommend that you verify third party terms and conditions of the web site from which you may be considering purchasing a product, since Contraforma shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of Contraforma.com and third parties.

2.1 In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on Contraforma.com, you must fill out the electronic order form and send it electronically to Contraforma, following the relevant instructions.

2.2 The order form contains a summary of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and the relevant unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs and the terms and conditions for the return of purchased products.

2.3 Contract shall be deemed to have been submitted upon the electronic receipt by Contraforma of your order form.

2.4 Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2.5 The order form will be filed in our data base for such a period of time required in order to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form, free of charge and at any time, by clicking on the link called My Account at the bottom of every page on Contraforma.com.

2.6 Before placing the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors.

2.7 The English language is offered for the execution of contracts with Contraforma.

2.8 After the contract has been executed, Contraforma will execute your purchase order.

2.9 Contraforma may not execute purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or orders for products that are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that Contraforma has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.

If the products displayed on Contraforma.com are no longer available at the time of your last access and once Contraforma has received your order form, Contraforma shall inform you within seven (7) days of receipt of your order of the unavailability of the ordered products.

If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, you will be asked by e-mail whether you wish to wait for the product to be made available or get a refund for the sum you paid.

Contraforma is able in most cases to make available a product which is unavailable in 30 days. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, and you reject to wait for the new product to be made, Contraforma will refund you the sum paid.

2.10 By submitting an order form and contracting with Contraforma, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on Contraforma.com.

2.11 Sending the order form, you confirm to acknowledge and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as of the further conditions contained on Contraforma.com through links.

2.12 Upon submission of order form, Contraforma shall send to you, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information related to the order form (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the products' name and main characteristics, a detailed indication of the price, terms of payment, return right and shipping costs).

3.1 The products offered on sale on Contraforma.com may not exactly correspond to the image and colors because these products pictured on Contraforma.com are produced in small batches and Internet browser or the monitor used could also be the reason why products may not exactly correspond to their pictured representations on Contraforma.com. If you buy more than one product with the same name – some of the products might be slightly different from each other.

3.2 Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

3.3 Purchase orders from countries not included among those displayed on the countries drop down list cannot be accepted by Contraforma.

3.4 Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Contraforma will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

4.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

4.2 PayPal. Customer may choose to pay via PayPal system. All details (for example your credit card number, expiration date, CVV code are subject to PayPal system itself) are part of PayPal system security. Contraforma owns a premier business account in the PayPal system. When a payment is made through Contraforma.com you are redirected to the PayPal system to enter your PayPal details and make payment via PayPal to us. Contraforma does not collect any credit card numbers, expiration dates or CVV codes.

The price for the purchase of products and the relevant shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account only when you place your order.

5.1 Discount coupons are personalized codes, also referred to as Contraforma Discount Codes, which allow you to take advantage of a discount on your purchase on Contraforma.com.

5.2 The Contraforma Discount Code input field is displayed on page „Shopping cart“ during the checkout process: after you have added your chosen items into the shopping cart, entering and applying your Discount Code, if such code has been supplied to you. Only one Discount Code can be used per order. Each Discount Code is individual: it may have a number of use limitations, time limitations, etc. These are provided to each client whom such a code has been issued by Contraforma.

6.1 For specific product shipping and delivery procedures, please visit My Account. Please read this section carefully. The information provided in this section forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, consequently, shall be deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time your order form is sent.

The return policy is as follows:

8.1 You are entitled to cancel the contract with Contraforma, without any penalty within seven (7) days of receipt of the products purchased on Contraforma.com if the products are returned for reasons that may be due to Contraforma, as in the case where the products have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered.

8.2 The client must contact Contraforma via email to info@contraforma.com and announce the order number and product(s) which is (or are) to be returned, specifying the reason of the return. The client must await email notification from Contraforma that the pending return has been acknowledged and is expected.

8.3 The products must be in new condition upon return. They are to arrive in the original packaging as originally packed.

8.4 The products must be returned using a reliable postage company. Client is responsible for lost and/or damaged products.

8.5 The return postage is to be paid by the client. Except the cases when client received the products from Contraforma that had manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered.

8.6 Contraforma shall receive the returned product(s) within 30 days.

8.7 The products shall then be inspected by Contraforma.

8.8 The funds which were paid to Contraforma by the client for the product(s) (excluding shipping) shall be reimbursed to the client within one month by Contraforma, minus a 10% restocking / examination fee.

8.8 In the event your return will not comply with the terms and conditions set out in paragraph 8 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you will not be entitled to any refund of sums already paid to Contraforma; nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to Contraforma. On the contrary, Contraforma shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.

9.1 After the products have been returned, Contraforma shall check the conformity of the products with the conditions indicated in paragraph 8 above. When Contraforma is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, Contraforma shall send you the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail.

9.2 Whatever the term of payment used by you, the refund procedure shall be started by Contraforma within thirty (30) days from when Contraforma learns of your decision to exercise your return right, after checking that the return right has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted and were indeed either incorrectly sent to you or contain manufacturing defects.

9.3 If the recipient of the products, as placed in the order form, is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums paid shall be refunded by Contraforma to the individual who made the payment.

9.4 The currency exchange rate for the credit shall be the same as the currency exchange rate of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose out in terms of bank interest.

9.5 If you decide to return damaged or falsely sent products, you shall use trackable shipping services. You shall cover the shipping cost, and you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products (howsoever caused).

11.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Lithuanian law related to e-commerce.

12.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time, in consideration of new laws and regulations but not limited thereto. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on Contraforma.com.
